Documents Required

Below are the documents required for the NRI Quota at MGM Medical College in Navi Mumbai.

• DGHS Allotment Letter.
• NEET 2026 Hall Ticket / Admit Card issued by NTA ( National Testing Agency).
• NEET 2026 Result / Rank Letter issued by NTA ( National Testing Agency).
• 10th Standard Marks Card / Date of Birth Certificate for proof of DOB (if 10th certificate does not bear the same).
• Marks Card of 10+2 of India or equivalent examination (A Levels, IB, HSC, Year 12, etc.).
• 10+2 Certificate(for students who have followed the 10+2 of India).
• Cast Certificate SC/ST/OBC (if applicable).
• Transfer/ Migration Certificate [Undergraduate].
• Conduct / Character certificate from last school/Institute.
• Self–attested copy of Pan Card (Parent & Candidate) for Indian Citizens.
• Self –Attested copy of the Aadhar Card of the Candidate (compulsory for Indian residents).
• Fee Remittance Details (Refer Table 1B for Payment Mode).
• 1 set of self-attested Photocopies, of all of the above documents.
• 8 recent Identical Passport sized photographs.
• Post Dated Cheques for whole course fees to be submitted at the time of admission.
• EWS Certificate is mandatory if admission allotment is under the EWS category.
• ‘Equivalence Certificate’ from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi in case of Students with Foreign qualifications.
• Copy of Student Visa/OCI (original to be produced for verification).
• Affidavit of the person who is NRI and the Sponsorer.
• Documents Claiming the Sponsorer is an NRI( Passport, Visa of the Sponsorer).
• Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer.
• Relationship of NRI with the candidate (As per the directions/orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case (W.P.(C) No.689/2017-Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka(CODEUNIK) & Anr. Vs Union of India & Ors.)dated 22-08-2017).
• Passport copy of Student( NRI Candidates only).
• Letter from the Indian Embassy(for NRI parents).
• Affidavit from the Sponsorer that he/she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate.
• Income tax Document Required as per Income Tax Act 1961.
